THE HORSE BACKSTREET CHOPPERS MAGAZINE, INC. purpose is to receive, administer and distribute funds for the purpose of addressing, educating, coordinating and providing information about custom motorcycle building, the motorcycle industry and motorcycle history from bicycles within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and perform any other activity consistent with and in pursuit of purposes permitted to a corporation exempt form federal income tax under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
We provide education by organizing and arranging lectures, live how-to workshop demonstrations, documentation, and display shows at public and private venues as well as books, magazines, social media channels, multimedia and the corporation’s website and mobile applications to provide facts, processes, how-to instructions, statistics, directories and other related information about custom motorcycle building, the history and the motorcycle industry along with the current efforts and solutions to building custom motorcycles and continuing it’s history.
Our programs include sending out ambassadors, directors, or volunteers to raise social consciousness about custom motorcycle building and the custom motorcycle industry on an international level; and organizing, arranging and holding fundraising events to provide immediate opportunities to those in need or wanting to participate, observe and learn more about custom motorcycle building, the motorcycle industry and motorcycle history from bicycles.
To maximize our impact on current efforts, we may seek to collaborate with other non-profit organizations which fall under Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.
At times, per the discretion of the board of directors, we may provide internships or volunteer opportunities which will provide opportunities for involvement in said activities and programs in order to have a greater impact.
